Closet by HM Verge sells ready-to-wear pieces and made-to-measure commissions crafted by our artisans. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy.

Keep your account details accurate and your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prices are shown at checkout together with shipping and any applicable taxes. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment. Payments are processed by our payment providers — we never store your card details.

Custom orders begin with a quotation, which we normally send within 24–48 hours of your request. No commission is confirmed until you accept a quotation and payment is arranged.

Bespoke garments are cut to the measurements you provide, so please take them carefully — pieces made to your measurements cannot be resold and are therefore not returnable, except where a piece is faulty or materially different from the agreed design. Production timelines (standard, expedited, rush) are good-faith estimates and may be affected by fabric availability.

Try-on previews are AI-generated illustrations of how a style might look and are not a promise of exact fit, colour, or appearance. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Previews are for your personal use as a style reference.

You own the photos you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them back to you — and to others only if you mark a piece as public. Do not upload unlawful content or images of others without their permission; we may remove content that breaches these terms.

The Closet by HM Verge name, logo, designs, and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

We provide the site with reasonable skill and care, but it is offered “as is” — we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the version on this page applies from its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HM Verge is established. Questions: support@hmverge.work.
