Privacy Policy

Account details. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and username, secured through our authentication provider.

Orders and delivery. To fulfil a purchase we collect your shipping address, contact details, and order history.

Measurements and commissions. For bespoke orders we store the measurements, style notes, and reference images you provide so our artisans can craft your piece.

Closet uploads. Photos you add to your closet are stored privately to your account. Pieces appear publicly only if you explicitly mark them as public.

AI try-on images. The garment photo and your photo are processed to generate a preview and are not stored — only the generated preview is kept for your reference, and you can delete it at any time.

Payments. Payments are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave). We never see or store your full card details.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver orders, prepare bespoke quotations, generate AI try-on previews you request, operate your account and closet, respond to support enquiries, and send service-related messages such as order confirmations and quotation updates.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep you signed in securely, and your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as language and light or dark theme. These are essential to how the site works and are not used to track you across other websites.

We share information only with the services required to run the store: payment providers to process transactions, delivery partners to ship your order, our hosting and database provider to store your data securely, and the AI processing service to generate try-on previews you request. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

Your data is encrypted in transit and protected by per-account access controls, so your closet and orders are visible only to you. We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes; closet content remains until you delete it or your account.

You may access and update your profile at any time, delete closet pieces and try-on previews yourself, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
